As a Store Manager you will be responsible for the following;
Sales and Customer service,
Keeping Visual merchandising standards,
Leading your sales team to achieve budgets,
Mentor and training new sales teams,
Encouraging new and exciting team members to the business,
Controlling Stock movement within the business,
Growth within the VIP membership

To be eligible for this role you must be able to prove the following;

2-3yrs experience with a business of a similar nature,
Proven track record in achieving results
Strong working knowledge of KPI’s and how you use them to monitor your business
Ability to time manage yourself and a team
