My client offers fashion forward apparel and accessories for fashion girls all over the country!

Each store is fast paced and fun, with teams that are full of diversity, experience and passion for retail!

With newly refurbed stores and many more BIG things to come, a new opening has become available for a Store Manager to join the Sydney team, at their Macarthur location.

About you:
With a knack for knowing just what your customers want from their shopping experience you make sure your store is running like clockwork so that your amazing stock keeps flying out the door.

You’ll be right at the heart of the store, showing the rest of the team what’s expected of them by leading by example.

As an experienced retailer, you’ll bring energy and a sense of fun to the role to make your store a place where people enjoy working – you team love to work with you, and for you!

To be successful, you must have:
• Minimum of 2-3 years store management experience within fashion retail
• Desire to lead, mentor and manage your team
• Strong motivational skills and ability to build strong performing teams
• Excellent communication skills
• Great time management and organisational skills
