Duties
About you: With a knack for knowing just what your customers want from their shopping experience you make sure your store is running like clockwork so that your amazing stock keeps flying out the door. You’ll be right at the heart of the store, showing the rest of the team what’s expected of them by leading by example. As an experienced retailer, you’ll bring energy and a sense of fun to the role to make your store a place where people enjoy working – you team love to work with you, and for you! To be successful, you must have:
• Minimum of 1 year store management experience in fashion retail
• Desire to lead, mentor and manage your team
• Strong motivational skills
• Ability to build strong performing teams
• Excellent communication skills
• Great time management and organisational skills
