Stable, structured & highly successful fashion retailer seeks an experienced Regional Manager to join the Senior Management in Sydney – 20 plus stores… Reporting directly into the General Manager, you play an imperative part of the Senior Management team and lead an area of 20 plus stores. You will be responsible for maintaining the company standards, ethos and culture are promoted across your area. Your focus will be on people, ensuring impeccable customer service across all stores; training and development of team members; improving and increasing results; and building new stores up from scratch. Your drive, passion, commitment and extensive retail management experience will play a key part in contributing the continued success of the business.

Duties
You will be expected to hit the ground running. You’re able to do this through your:
• Extensive retail management experience within fashion at senior, multi-site management levels
• Proven people management and development skills
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
• Experience in new store openings
• Ability to drive your team/area to achieve sales budgets/KPI’s by leading by example and being inspirational
