Our client is a pocket rocket. A boutique business stocking the hottest and most ‘out of reach’ labels from across the globe. With an edgy and appealing mix of seasonal must haves our client has satisfied the fashion hungry season after season out of 2 boutiques for 20 + years. During this success, the role of the Manager and Assistant Manager in the Women’s and Unisex boutique has become exciting and has evolved far from the generic ‘store manager’ label. We are seeking a trend setting, retail extraordinaire that knows designer brands and what a boutique should be… but who can whip a large team into operational shape and truly steer the business from the floor up. Your role: Work from the floor alongside your busy team and mentor daily; Communicating with Allocators, Operations Manager, Buyers to effectively run the boutique; Manage performance of current team members; Recruit and train new staff ; Run regular styling and product training nights; Organise VIP events and maintain relationships with key clients;
