My client is looking for a new Regional Manager to manage 5-8 locations across Sydney, this role is newly open to senior retail candidates ready to take the next step and challenge themselves so if you are an area manager with a yearly turn over of more than $8m and want to expand your career this role is something that you are going to want to know about.

With a luxe and designer presence they have established themselves as leaders and are always in demand by the female fashion savvy customers across Australia. Working feverishly to develop an amazing company culture and environment has meant team retention is high and the company can boast having some of the Australian Retail industries strongest management teams.

The role will see you semi autonomously looking after key stores within a region of Sydney for the business and be tasked with developing the management team to achieve results, manage all KPI’s, control stock levels and help your managers strengthen their teams through training and development plans. As a leader in the industry you will be looked to to bring in new and exciting talent to the sales teams and look for opportunities to strengthen the current teams.

To be considered for this amazing opportunity you will have the following skills and experience:

• Previous multi-site management and responsibility of 5+ stores in a fashion apparel environment.
• Your customer service ethic will be unquestionable and your ability to successfully train this with your teams will be proven.
• You will possess excellent leadership and communication skills,
• Strong coaching and development abilities with a lead from the front mentoring approach.
• Understanding and previous exposure to business financials and P & L reporting.
• Developed understanding of Retail KPI’s and the ability to train and build the strength of your managers using them as an industry tool.
• You will have strong organised and efficient skills, using time management to best utilise your time allocation to the stores that need you the most.
• You will have looked externally at new and exciting revenue lines and opportunities to market and build your brand awareness in your region.

Looking in the $75k to $85k Base + Super (depending on exp.) Also neg. for more senior based candidates.
