Duties
AS CLUSTER MANAGER;
• You will be expected to have energy and enthusiasm, be able to think on your feet and have a huge love for sales.
• You will be expected to work to KPI’s and possess good all round management competencies which will help to maintain high retail standards throughout your designated area.
• You will also be expected to provide inspiration and motivation for your team, working to exceed sales targets and maintain all controllable costs.
• You should be of the highest calibre; a well-established MULTI-SITE manager with the advantage of FASHION related experience.
• You will have had ‘hands on’ experience of managing high performing stores and maintaining best practice. MUST HAVE:
• A MULTI-SITE retail FASHION management background is ESSENTIAL for this role as candidates will be expected to hit the ground running from day one!
• Be exceptional at driving, developing and inspiring teams.
