To be successful in any of these sought after roles you must have:

2 years plus of FEMALE FASHION Management experience
The ability to train and develop a team fashion sales professionals
Highly trained communication ability and mature attitude towards management
Be motivated and passionate to succeed with unlimited amounts of energy
Commitment to providing friendly and exceptional service
Strong motivational skills and ability to build strong performing teams
Excellent communication skills
Working knowledge of KPI’s and how they effect decisions made within the business
Proven strength in time management and organisational skills
