RESPONSIBILITIES
To optimise the profitability of the store by creating and maximising sales opportunities through merchandising and staff training and development…
• Achieving of the stores weekly, monthly and yearly sales targets
• To manage and motivate a team of Managers & Sales Consultants
• To provide your loyal customers with the best fashion advice and styling
• To build and maintain strong customer relationships; continuously turning the every day shopper into loyal VIP’s
• To train and develop your team into being great retailers and sales people
• To maintain company standard visually and culturally

ABOUT YOU
You live for fashion… You will have passion, energy and enthusiasm with a desire to provide the highest standard of customer service at all times… You are a natural leader and motivator.

WHAT SKILLS DO YOU NEED?
• Solid senior retail management skills gained from a fashion retail environment
• Outstanding communication skills, with the ability to build a rapport quickly
• Target driven with unlimited amounts of energy and enthusiasm
• Experience of managing a team of 8+
