Specialising in complete wardrobe solutions this label is one you will know and a brand you will want to represent. Reporting into the Regional Manager and working closely to support her and the other CBD stores this will put you in good stead for further opportunities into Cluster management. You MUST love design, fabrics and know all about fits and be a gun stylist and sales manager. You will have previous experience with VIP management and create relationships with all your customers.

Duties
Duties: Manage a team of 10 – 12; Head the premium store in the business in Pitt St; Work with your ISVM to ensure best-selling lines and new lines are on display; Work from the floor with your team and customers; Track store KPI’s, personal KPI’s and give feedback and support to your team; Assist in training and development of new managers in the CBD area; Perks: Season viewings at Sydney based head office; Pick your stock for your store… and for you; Huge discounts and clothing allowance for managers; Bonuses for hitting sales targets, personal sales rewards for you and your team; Growth potential into Cluster Manager within 18 months or less;
