My client is one of the Australia’s renowned mixed fashion retailers with high quality, sophisticated fashion looks that are much loved by their avid fashion followers.

This is a fantastic time to be joining their Senior Management team, which can offer fantastic training and great career progression for aspiring individuals.

As Cluster Manager;
• You will be expected to have energy and enthusiasm, be able to think on your feet and have a huge love for sales.
• You will be expected to work to KPI’s and possess good all round management competencies which will help to maintain high retail standards throughout your designated area.
• You will also be expected to provide inspiration and motivation for your team, working to exceed sales targets and maintain all controllable costs.
• You should be of the highest calibre; a well-established MULTI-SITE manager with the advantage of FASHION related experience.
• You will have had ‘hands on’ experience of managing high performing stores and maintaining best practice.

You must have:
• A MULTI-SITE retail FASHION management background is ideal for this role otherwise an exceptional Flagship Store Manager with CONCESSION experience
• Be exceptional at driving, developing and inspiring teams.
• Thrive in a challenging environment and be able to think on your feet and adapt to change.
• Be looking for a long term role within a company that you can call home.
