The two designers were honored for their achievements and captivating collections, placing them in the top 3 most celebrated brands in Australia. Exclusive new designs arrive in store weekly created for the fashion hungry hordes from the Sydney based head office. The fast response to changing trends and commitment to quality Australian made product has been their formula for success. Due to the recent successes the designers have planned for aggressive growth to in the next 6 months to make the most of a strong start to 2013. With the plan to open 3 more boutiques in NSW, 2 more in Perth and a new Flagship boutique in Melbourne within 1 year – we need enthusiastic and highly motivated managers that are ready to grow their careers! As part of this growth plan and internal movements accordingly, one very exciting opportunity is NOW available as the Store Manager for our key Sydney boutique located in the CBD. Must haves
– Previous fashion management experience 4+ years
– High end boutique or luxury retailer
– Fantastic styling abilities and extensive fabric/fit knowledge
– Commitment to unparalleled customer service and VIP service
– Ability to manage an experienced team of up to 10
– Commitment to your career growth

– Entrepreneurial business skills

Duties
Our client has been evolving for 10+ years and still growing – so there are plenty of opportunities to grow with them. Opportunities do not come up regularly outside of the business but with new stores in the works this is an exciting and perfect time to join. Not only will you be moving into a premium boutique in the Flagship store, you will be setting yourself for some serious career growth.
