This fashion design entrepreneur dresses the rich and famous across the globe and dazzles fashion enthusiasts with her luscious fabrics, intricate beading and deigns that are fit for a queen…and now, Australia’s world renowned designer has entrusted Vogue HR in finding exceptional team members to join their fashion retail family as Assistant Manager within two of their David Jones Concessions.

As an Assistant Manager, you play a highly important role in the running and success of the business. You will be a naturally motivated and passionate individual, who has an insatiable love for high-end fashion.

With that love you have acquired high levels of experience within high-end fashion and have superior knowledge of national and international fashion designers and trends.

Responsibilities are, but not limited to:
• Assists Store Manager in creating, promoting, and overseeing a profitable concession.
• Assists the manager and team in nurturing and establishing VIP customers, whilst building personal VIP database.
• Promoting impeccable customer service at all times.
• Immaculate in presentation and communication.
• Oversee, motivate and encourage a well-trained and developed team.
• Maintain a mature, friendly and professional behaviour at all times.
• Reaching and exceeding sales targets.

Job requirements:
• 2 years of fashion retail management experience; preferably within a high-end women’s fashion retail environment.
• Excellent ability to train and motivate team members.
• Mature, friendly, courteous, and positive attitude is a must.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills required.
• Able to work well under pressure, multi-task, and follow direction.
• Sound knowledge of national and internally fashion trends, with a keen eye for styling.
