Duties
This role is for a Store Manager who has strong experience in either a high-end or luxury environment. The successful incumbent will be stylish and immaculately well groomed, with a high level or communication. This retailer actively trains and develops Managers up into strong leaders, so that they would be able to step up into a myriad of roles available with such an expanding company. Key competencies:
• Store Management experience (Min 3 years)
• A proven and strong sales drive • Able to motivate and inspire a team to meet sale budgets
• Always providing exceptional customer service and current fashion trend styling and advice
• Always showing a management style that leads by example through a hands on approach The package:
